After receiving her BFA at Miami University of Ohio, Liz went on to study in the atelier environment where an emphasis is placed on traditional methods of painting and drawing.  Her education was completed at Grand Central Atelier where she now teaches in their Core Program.   Below are selected works that have informed her understanding of painting from an academic perspective.
